Recently one of our clients, Qwest, announced the relaunch of its corporate website to include a large amount of customer content—now front and center on the site. It was an extensive project prompted by regular customer feedback, which made it clear visitors wanted to hear more customer stories, in more detail.
This is great place to see examples of our audio and video interviews, as well as written case studies (2 pg.) and success stories (1 pg.).
In the case of the audio and video, only some of the 10-15 topics covered in the due diligence interviews are available here, without the need for secure access. This is a great way to create a “teaser,” and generate more pipeline activity for the sales force. The full interviews contain the complete story (good and not-so-good) and are more appropriate for mid- to later-stage sales activities.
