This is part 2 of 3 of our own Darren Smith’s interview with Abby Atkinson, Senior Director of Infor’s Ambassador Reference Program. Abby also acts as the current chairperson of the Customer Reference Forum’s Metrics SIG (special interest group).

In this podcast Darren and Abby dive deeper into the metrics realm, discussing:

  • measurement of reference throughput
  • identification and recognition of patterns of reference activity (and how to take advantage of those patterns to make best use of you program resources!), and
  • key ways to increase your program’s visibility and build its credibility with the folks in the field.
