Welcome to our new podcast series! This series brings voice to the Customer Reference Program Maturity Model Darren Smith and I developed through our experiences with Point of Reference customers. The Maturity Model describes the 11 key elements of a customer reference program and how program managers can rev their programs to maximum potential as they achieve each of the four stages of evolution for each element. We kick off the series explaining how the Maturity Model came to be and what it’s designed to do for current and future reference program managers.
